Order and Payment
Your order will be dealt with the greatest urgency. We do have a number of hand crafted items in stock, however most are encrusted to order. You will be given an order number, please quote this number if you need to contact us. Please allow up to 7 days before dispatch. This gives our team the time to create your purchase with perfection. If you need your product in a hurry please contact us, we will do our best to help. We accept Paypal, Nochex, Credit/Debit Cards, Cheque/Postal Orders. Our site is 100% secure. Payments are made through a secure merchant bank, no credit card details are processed by us.

Postage and Packaging
We do our best to dispatch all our products within 7 days, However, during busy periods dispatch may take up to 14 days. Please be aware occasionally we can become very busy. If we think your order will take over 14 days before dispatch we will contact you.
We always use a recorded or special delivery service to ensure you recieve your product safely. Pay only £4.95 for all European countries and £7.95 for USA and Asia, UK POSTAGE IS FREE.
During February shipping will be FREE of charge, anywhere in the world!
You are welcome to keep track of your order by using our online tracking service. Please use your order number given in your payment email.
Once your product has been dispatched you can track it using the Royal Mails Website.

Returns Policy
All our products will be tested prior to dispatch. So will all be sent to you in working order.
We are more than happy to accept returns if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please use the return address on your invoice. Please ensure you use a signed for postal service. We will refund the full product costs. You will be responsible for the return postage costs and will not be refunded for this.
Postage costs we have incurred will not be refunded.
If any of your purchase is damaged during transit, please inform us immediatley so we can log a complaint with the postal service.
If your purchase is one of our 'blinged mobile phones' an engineers report will be required to find the source of the problem. This usually takes 5-7 days. Refunds will only be issued if the phone has not been used in any way and returned in the origional condition. Replacements will be issued depending on the engineers report. If the source of damage is found to be misuse of the phone for example water damage/dropping the phone, we will not be liable for issuing replacements or refunds.

**PLEASE REMEMBER RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT, THE GOODS MUST BE INTACT, NOT USED WITH THE ORIGIONAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING. IF ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET THE GOODS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER AND FURTHER POSTAGE COSTS WILL INCUR.**

As all our products are hand made, you must take care of them, dropping a mobile phone encrusted with crystals will not help it! If you look after it, it will last and last! Accidents do happen which is why we enclose a repair kit with most purchases.
